Description:
Issue
RADIUS authentication to a cloud-managed Firebox fails if the RADIUS server has a shared secret longer than 64 characters. In a WatchGuard Cloud authentication domain, you can configure a RADIUS server with a longer shared secret, but the Firebox cannot connect to the server if the shared secret is longer than 64 characters.
Workaround/Solution
When you configure a RADIUS server in a WatchGuard Cloud authentication domain, make sure the shared secret is not longer than 64 characters. For information about how to configure these settings, see Add Servers to an Authentication Domain.
