Issue
If the primary RADIUS server is down, RADIUS failover does not work when MFA is used because the backup RADIUS server times out after 5 seconds and is marked as dead.
Workaround/Solution
Remove the backup RADIUS server and then configure the backup as the primary RADIUS server.
