Description:
Issue
If you use Office 365 for hosted webmail, email attachments are sent in a compressed format that Data Loss Prevention (DLP) cannot accurately scan. Attachments sent through Outlook Web Access or common mail providers such as Gmail are sent in plain text and are scanned accurately.
