Description:

Issue

If you replace your Firebox or XTM device with an RMA unit, and the replacement Firebox sends log messages to Dimension, but has the same IP address as the previous Firebox or XTM device, you cannot access any log messages that had been sent to Dimension from the original Firebox.

Workaround/Solution

If you need to get access to the data from the original Firebox or XTM device, you can open a case with WatchGuard Technical Support. They can use support access to correct the issue.
