Description:
Issue
By default, all WatchGuard servers restart automatically each time you reboot the computer on which they are installed (the management computer), even if you have manually stopped the server before rebooting. This is how these services are designed to operate.
Workaround/Solution
If you do not want a server to restart automatically when you reboot the management computer, use the Windows Services applet (Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Services) to set the Startup Type for the appropriate service to "Manual".
