Description:

Issue

If you modify the security mode of an SSID profile in Manage with the Internet Explorer web browser, the security mode reverts to "Open" after you save the configuration.

Workaround/Solution

Use a different web browser other than Internet Explorer to perform the SSID security mode configuration.WatchGuard Wi-Fi Cloud supports these browsers: Chrome 35.0.1916.153Firefox 23.0.1Safari 7.0.5 (9537.77.4) on Mac OS X
