When enabled, the Access Portal report is available for WatchGuard Cloud customers to view a summary of the most frequently accessed applications over a period of time.Fireboxes that run Fireware OS v12.5 or earlier can click Monitor > Fireboxes > Services > Access Portal but will see a No data available message.
To view valid report data, your Firebox must run Fireware OS v12.5.1 or higher and Access Portal must be enabled. Log messages with data must exist in the specified report time frame.
