Description:
Issue
If you click Cancel during the AuthPoint Gateway upgrade process, the upgrade will fail, and future attempts to install or uninstall the AuthPoint Gateway will also fail.
Workaround/Solution
You can resolve this issue with a Windows troubleshooter tool that is available at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed.After you use the troubleshooter tool, you must uninstall, then reinstall the AuthPoint Gateway.
