Description:
Issue
In the configuration for a RADIUS Client resource for AuthPoint, if you select the user's Active Directory groups, RADIUS authentication for these users will fail unless the user belongs to only a single Active Directory Group.This occurs because the RADIUS Client resource returns the full group membership as a RADIUS Filter-ID value, instead of the individual group names.To learn more, see RADIUS Client Resources.
Workaround/Solution
To authenticate users correctly with the RADIUS Client resource, you can select the AuthPoint group instead.
