Issue
If you use RADIUS authentication for Mobile VPN with IKEv2 with a RADIUS shared secret that is longer than 31 characters, users will fail to connect.This issue was identified by a Windows user, and subsequently stopped without any change to the Firebox software or configuration. It is likely this issue was resolved by an update to Windows OS. If you experience this issue please contact WatchGuard technical support so we can investigate.
Workaround/Solution
This issue does not occur with other VPN methods, or if you use a shorter RADIUS shared secret.
