Issue
When a user with Mobile VPN with SSL v12.0 connects to your Firebox, they see a prompt to upgrade to the current client release. If the user clicks Yes, the upgrade will fail. Windows 10 does not have any visible error message for this issue. Windows 7 displays an error dialog with the title Unsupported 16-Bit Application.
Workaround/Solution
Users can manually upgrade to the latest Mobile VPN with SSL client version. To download this client, browse to software.watchguard.com and open the download page for any Firebox.
