Some AP120 devices were manufactured with MAC addresses that are identical to previously released devices. Because of this, Wi-Fi Cloud activation could fail for AP120 devices. If this occurs, you see an error message that looks like this: AP activation failed with the following error: Message Added to the Queue for ERR_8701 and token Id: 4160 and customerExposedID: ATNXXXX When this occurs, the new AP120 device will not appear in your Wi-Fi Cloud account and you cannot manage this device through Wi-Fi Cloud.
