Description:
Issue
If you downgrade a Firebox M270 from v12.2 or higher to a lower version, the Firebox fails to boot and is not operational.The issue which allowed the Web UI to download older versions of Fireware has been corrected. If your Firebox is impacted by an upgrade from before this, follow the steps in the workaround to recover your Firebox.
Workaround/Solution
To resolve this issue, use the WatchGuard System Manager Quick Setup Wizard to restore the Firebox to Fireware v12.2 or higher. For full instructions, see Use the Quick Setup Wizard to Downgrade Fireware OS.
