Description:

Issue

In some cases, the Dimension Executive Dashboard or individual reports fail to display. This occurs when recent log data includes an IP address that is set to a value that is not a valid IP address, such as "unknown". This issue causes the entire Executive Dashboard to appear blank, as well as specific reports that use that log data. Other reports appear correctly.

Workaround/Solution

No workaround exists at this time.
