Issue
In some cases, Policy Manager will fail to save configuration changes after you upgrade a Firebox M Series M440, M400, or M500 device to Fireware v11.12 Update 1. When this occurs, you may see an error that looks like this:Error communicating with FireboxINTERNAL_ERROR: Failed to create input stream: Server returned HTTP response code 413 for URL Or INTERNAL_ERROR: Failed to read servers response: Software caused connection abort: recv failed
Workaround/Solution
In most cases, the Firebox will successfully save configuration changes after a reboot. If you cannot reboot the Firebox immediately, you can make configuration changes with Fireware Web UI until you can schedule a Firebox reboot.
