Description:

Issue

In some cases, Fireware OS upgrades for Firebox M200/M300 devices configured as part of a FireCluster can fail. When this occurs, you see a message that the upgrade is successful, but the Fireware version does not change and the Firebox generates a Fault Report with a Failed Assertion message. Because the fix is implemented in Fireware v11.12.2, software upgrades to v11.12.2 from earlier versions of Fireware are still affected, but the problem will not occur with future upgrades.
