Last update date:

11/13/2018

Affected products:

TDR

Affected releases:

All

TDR

Fixed releases:

v5.3.0

Description:

Issue

In some cases, if you install the TDR Host Sensor on a Terminal Server host system, users are incorrectly assigned temporary profiles when they log in. When this occurs, the user will not have access to files they have previously saved, and will not be able to save any files to their profile.

Workaround/Solution

TDR Host Sensor v5.3.0 and above should not interfere with Microsoft Windows profile management. If you uprade to Host Sensor v5.3.0 or higher and continue to have problems with Windows temporary profiles while using TDR, make sure these Host Sensor settings are configured: Enable Kernel Process Events ONEnable Kernel File Events ON For more information on Host Sensor Settings, see TDR Deployment Best Practices .
