If your Firebox has Autotask, ConnectWise, or Tigerpaw integration enabled, Firebox performance could degrade over time. This can occur if the process is incorrectly launched repeatedly by the Firebox. When this occurs, the status report will contain multiple instances of the service, such as this one for Autotask: 4853 S 1.46 288648 78648 2968 Wed Dec 5 00:53:00 2018 52:21.41 /usr/bin/python /usr/sbin/atagent 5216 S 2.43 362384 78612 2964 Wed Dec 5 05:15:00 2018 33:01.20 /usr/bin/python /usr/sbin/atagent 5306 R 14.56 288368 78376 2832 Wed Dec 5 06:31:03 2018 27:19.14 /usr/bin/python /usr/sbin/atagent 12547 R 19.42 288580 78556 2832 Wed Dec 5 11:43:00 2018 4:21.33 /usr/bin/python /usr/sbin/atagent You might also get notifications from the integration provider that your Firebox is making a large number of connections, because each separate instance that is incorrectly created tries to report on events.
This issue does not occur if you downgrade to a previous version of Fireware, or if you disable the integration in your Firebox configuration.
