Description:

Issue

When you configure AuthPoint MFA for Office 365, if you do not include -SupportsMfa $true in the PowerShell command to federate your Office 365 domain, then the Multi-Factor Authentication, or MFA Status, in the Microsoft Partner Center displays as 0%. This is required for Microsoft to know that a third-party MFA service is enabled.

Workaround/Solution

To resolve this issue, you must run this PowerShell command: Set-MsolDomainFederationSettings -DomainName <domain> -SupportsMfa $true -PreferredAuthenticationProtocol SAMLP
