Description:

Issue

If you try to install the AuthPoint Logon App on a system with macOS Catalina 10.15, the installation will fail with an error message that includes the phrase:can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. This occurs because the AuthPoint installer does not meet the installation requirements for Catalina.

Workaround/Solution

No workaround exists at this time.
