Description:
Issue
In Geolocation database version 20181016, some blocks of IP addresses in Germany (DEU) and the Netherlands (NLD) are incorrectly identified as being in other countries, such as Russia (RUS) and the United Kingdom (UK).
Workaround/Solution
If this issue impacts your users, create Geolocation exceptions for specific IP addresses or host names. To learn more, see Configure Geolocation Exceptions.
