Description:

Issue

After a user enters incorrect credentials when authenticating to a captive portal with RADIUS authentication, all future login attempts fail even though the correct credentials are supplied.

Workaround/Solution

This issue was resolved in Analyze 5.0, release Feb. 23rd, 2019.Close the web browser session or tab, then attempt to browse to a different URL. The captive portal session will be reset, and the login credentials will work correctly.
