Description:

Issue

If you disable an external interface on your Firebox, bandwidth reports in Report Server or Dimension may no longer be accurate. This occurs when the Report Server or Dimension system collects the current bytecount from log messages for the active external interfaces, and adds the entire amount to the reported bandwidth use. As a result, reports for the specific day and time when the interface is disabled will not be accurate.

Workaround/Solution

No workaround exists at this time.
