Description:

Issue

If you try to use Policy Manager v11.12.4 or higher to save a configuration change to a FireCluster and the FireCluster is also configured to use Gateway Wireless Controller and runs a version of Fireware lower than v11.12.2, the configuration change will fail with error message: The OS version on this device does not support configuring the Gateway Wireless Controller to use dynamic passphrases or the trust store mechanism when FireCluster is enabled. You must set a global passphrase and disable the trust store mechanism before you can save the configuration to this device.

Workaround/Solution

To avoid this issue, you must upgrade the FireCluster to Fireware v11.12.2 or higher, or use Policy Manager v11.12.2 to save configuration changes to the Firebox.
