Description:
Issue
If your Firebox web server has a certificate chain that includes one or more intermediate certificates, client devices will fail to validate the certificate. This occurs because the Firebox web server does not currently present the intermediate certificates to clients.
Workaround/Solution
This issue does not occur if you import the intermediate certificates on client devices as Trusted Certificate Authorities. For instructions, see Import a Certificate on a Client Device.
