Issue

In some cases, the Firebox will successfully send log messages to the Dimension system, but the Log Server status indicator on the Dimension system will incorrectly display No.

Workaround/Solution

If this occurs, contact WatchGuard Technical Support for an upgrade file for your Dimension system that resolves this issue.
