Issue
If you have WatchGuard Server Center Role-Based Administration users or groups with the Device Admin role, those users or groups may not be able to correctly manage folders or devices after the upgrade to WatchGuard System Manager v12.0 or later from v11.x.
Workaround/Solution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps: Change the user or group role to something other than Device Admin, such as Device Monitor.Log in with the updated user or group role and view the status of a Firebox.Change the user or group role back to Device Admin.
