Description:
Issue
If the status or admin passphrase for a Firebox includes an ampersand character (&), Management Server will fail to log in to the Firebox, and an invalid credentials error message appears in Firebox log messages.
Workaround/Solution
To resolve this issue, log in to the Firebox directly with Web UI and change the passphrase to not include an ampersand. For full instructions, see Manage Users and Roles on your Firebox.
