If you configure a DHCP option that includes a double quotation mark ("), the DHCP server on the Firebox does not work correctly. This occurs because the DHCP server configuration uses double quotation marks to distinguish user input. For example: Value:ftpservers="10.254.252.240,10.255.252.240",layer2tagging=1,vlanid=252
You can avoid this issue by using a backslash (\) before the double quotation mark ("). The backslash is known as an escape character. For the above example, use: ftpservers=\"10.254.252.240,10.255.252.240\",layer2tagging=1,vlanid=252
