Description:
Issue
If your FireCluster is configured to use drop-in mode, WatchGuard System Manager and Firebox System Manager will frequently disconnect from the appliance, or have long delays in retrieving system information. WatchGuard System Manager will also fail to connect to the current Backup Master device.
Workaround/Solution
You will not experience this issue if you connect to the FireCluster with Fireware Web UI. You can still use Policy Manager to save configuration changes and upgrade the FireCluster.
