Description:
Issue
If you use Gateway Wireless Controller on a Firebox that you upgrade from Fireware v11.12.1 or lower to Fireware v11.12.2 or higher, your AP devices can hang during authentication. When this occurs, Gateway Wireless Controller cannot update AP device configurations.
Workaround/Solution
To resolve this issue, you must reset each impacted AP device. For instructions, see Reset a WatchGuard AP Device.
