Description:
Issue
After you upgrade your Dimension installation to Dimension v2.1.1 Update 2, the web services for your Dimension instance can fail. If this occurs, you cannot use the Web UI to manage Dimension. So far, this issue has only been reported when the Dimension host system has an AMD Opteron processor.
Workaround/Solution
To resolve this issue, WatchGuard technical support must connect to your Dimension system with Support Access. For instructions, see Console Access to Dimension. For WatchGuard technical support contact information, see Contact Support.
