Some websites sites fail to load with “Destination unreachable (Fragmentation needed)” error in logs

Description:
Issue
If your Firebox is installed with Fireware v12.1 or later, the HTTP and HTTPS proxies can cause some websites to fail to load. If you review the Firebox log messages, you may see messages that look like this: Destination unreachable (Fragmentation needed) This issue can occur regardless of the configured MTU limitation on the Firebox interface.
Workaround/Solution
This issue does not occur if you set the TCP MTU Probing setting on your Firebox to Always Enabled. To learn how to configure the TCP MTU Probing option, see Define Firebox Global Settings.
