Description:

Issue

If you connect to an RDP session with Access Portal and then resize your window, your connection breaks and you must log in again. This also occurs after you change to or from full-screen or minimized state.

Workaround/Solution

This issue does not occur if you specify the RDP credentials in your Access Portal configuration. If you do this the user will also not need to type their credentials on connection. As an alternative, follow these steps to disable the resize function for RDP: In the Access Portal configuration in Policy Manager or Web UI, edit the RDP application. Select the Display tab.From the Resize drop-down, select Disabled. Save this configuration change to the Firebox.
