Description:
Issue
If you try to upgrade the OS for a FireCluster with a Device Administrator account that uses an external authentication server, such as Active Directory, you see the error message “Invalid login ID/password” and you cannot continue.
Workaround/Solution
Use a Device Administrator account that is authenticated with the Firebox-DB to initiate the FireCluster upgrade.
