Description:
Issue
On some XTM devices configured to use PPPoE, if the MTU size is configured to be greater than 1492, received packets can be dropped by the interface. Applicable devices include: XTM 5, XTM 8, XTM 800, XTM 1050, XTM 1500, XTM 2050.
Workaround/Solution
When you use PPPoE, configure an MTU size of 1492 or less.
