Description:

Issue

After you enable or disable a FireCluster on a Firebox or XTM device that has PPPoE configured, the MAC address will change, and it can take several minutes for the PPPoE link to become active. This occurs only with ISPs, such as Telstra Australia, that are sensitive to MAC address changes for PPPoE clients.

Workaround/Solution

No workaround exists at this time.
