Description:

Issue

If you use the Fireware Web UI or the Command Line Interface (CLI), you cannot disable Multi-WAN mode if it is configured with Round-Robin, Failover, or Interface Overflow method. This includes situations in which you try to disable an External interface when this would result in only one External interface configured for Multi-WAN on your device.

Workaround/Solution

To disable Multi-WAN, you must first change the method to Routing Table.
