Description:
Issue
When you launch Policy Manager directly from the Firebox System Manager > Tools menu, the Policy Manager login will fail if your passphrase includes quotation marks. For example, readonly" or read"12345.When this occurs, you will see one of these error messages: You must log in with a user account that has administrative privilegesInvalid Login ID/password
Workaround/Solution
This issue does not occur if you launch Policy Manager from WatchGuard System Manager or if you manually connect to the Firebox from Policy Manager.
