Description:
Issue
If you have a Managed VPN configured with certificate-based authentication in WatchGuard System Manager 11.10.4, the VPN will disappear from the Firebox configuration any time there is a configuration update. This issue can occur when you update WatchGuard System Manager to v11.10.4 or later from an older version.
Workaround/Solution
Use pre-shared key instead of certificate authentication for your managed VPN.
