If you have Gateway Wireless Controller enabled on a Firebox device configured as part of a FireCluster, the Gateway Wireless Controller process runs only on the current Master. When the cluster fails over, the new Master forces a configuration update for any connected Access Points. Because of this, users connected to those Access Points may experience a short interruption of their wireless connection when the cluster fails over.
No workaround exists at this time.
