Description:

Issue

If you change the name of an external interface, the check box for that interface is cleared in the Multi-WAN configuration. If you had only two external interfaces configured, you will see a prompt when you exit the Network Configuration menu asking you to select the interfaces to use for Multi-WAN. If you have more than two external interfaces configured, there is no prompt. If there is no prompt and you do not re-select the external interface for multi-WAN before you save your configuration to the Firebox, the interface is removed from outbound multi-WAN participation.

Workaround/Solution

After you change the name of the external interface, select the check box for the interface again in the Multi-WAN configuration.
