Description:
Issue
If your Firebox is configured to be a Fully Managed device, and is also configured to use manual order mode for Policies, Policy Manager will prompt you to save your configuration, whether or not you have made any changes.
Workaround/Solution
If your device is configured in Fully Managed mode, you must perform a manual configuration change to resolve this issue. When this occurs, your Firebox will switch to Basic Managed mode. Then, you can configure your Firebox in Fully Managed mode again in the Device Management tab of WatchGuard System Manager.
