Description:
Issue
The pop-up window for "email reading confirmation" isn't showing up due to Proxy Header entry being incorrect as it is case sensitive.
Workaround/Solution
Open the according SMTP/POP3 Proxy Action rule and go to Headers. Press "Change View" to change to the "advanced view" Edit rule "return-receipt-to:*" Change Entry Pattern Match "return-receipt-to:*" to "Return-Receipt-To:*" Commit changes with "OK" and save the configuration to your firebox.
