Issue
When you configure the predefined Citrix XenApp web resource in the Add Resource wizard, the path for the resource is not correct for XenApp servers with version 5.0 or later.
Workaround/Solution
When you use the Resource Wizard to create a Citrix XenApp resource, the wizard creates both a web resource and a tunnel resource. Use these instructions to update the path for both resources. In the SSL Admin UI, select the Resource Access tab.Select the entry under Display Name for the tunnel Resource for Citrix XenApp. The Edit Tunnel Resource page appears.Select the Startup tab.Select and highlight the portion of the Redirect URL which reads CitrixAccess/auth/login.aspx.Replace this selection with Citrix/XenApp/auth/login.aspx.Click Save. The Resource Access tab reloads.Select the Web Resource tab.Select the entry under Display Name for the web resource for Citrix XenApp. The Edit Web Resource Host page appears.Select the Manage Paths tab.Under the Path heading, select CitrixAccess/auth/login.aspx. The Edit Web Resource Path page appears.In the Path text box, replace the current path with Citrix/XenApp/auth/login.aspx.Click Save. The General Settings tab for the web resource reloads.Click Save again. The Resource Access tab reloads.Click the blue Publish button to make the changes live on the Application Portal.
