Description:

Issue

If you configure Dimension to use Active Directory authentication, but Dimension is not able to contact the Active Directory server by IP address, you will lose the ability to log in to the Dimension web UI.

Workaround/Solution

You must contact WatchGuard Technical Support (reference this issue ID) to correct this issue.
