Description:

Issue

For some Dimension customers, the documented procedure to increase the Dimension maximum database size fails and the Dimension maximum database size does not increase after you increase the provisioned size of the VM hard disk.

Workaround/Solution

Contact WatchGuard Technical Support, who can work with you to correct the problem.
