Description:

Issue

After you upgrade to Dimension v1.2, the Log Server service may hang. When this occurs, the Executive Dashboard appears as a blank page.

Workaround/Solution

Restart the Log Server service from the Dimension web UI: Go to Administration > Log Server Management. In the Log Server Status section, click Stop to stop the Log Server service.Click Start to restart the service.
