Description:
Issue
When you configure your XTM or Firebox device to authenticate users with Active Directory, HTTP proxy log messages for policies that do not have the user name or group name in the From field of the policy show an incorrect format for the user name. Because of this, Dimension and WSM Report Server may not be able to successfully get the user name from the log message and the report display will default to show only host IP addresses.
Workaround/Solution
This issue does not occur if you use the user name or group in the From field of the policy.
