Dimension Remote Backup fails if you use backslash in directory path

Description:

Issue

If you configure Remote Backup and include a backslash (\) character in the directory path, you cannot save the configuration. If you click Test, you see a response:opt/watchguard/dimension/bin/wg_backup.sh: 6: /var/opt/watchguard/dimension/data/tmp/wgtmpc8mE2X/wg_backup_vars: Syntax error: Unterminated quoted stringIf you click Save with the backslash character in the directory path, you will not be able to resolve the issue through any configuration change. If you remove the backslash and click Test again, the test will succeed, but the configuration will fail to save.

Workaround/Solution

To resolve this issue, you must contact WatchGuard Technical Support to correct the configuration error. You must enable Support Access for support to be able to correct the issue. For information on how to enable Support Access, see Enable Support Access to WatchGuard Dimension.
